In-person sessions take place at Simple Sparrow Care Farm in Hutto, Texas. The farm offers a relaxed and welcoming environment with several options for how we can spend our time together.

Sessions may take place in a cozy office, outside at a picnic table under the trees, or throughout the farm. For clients who are interested, animals can also be incorporated into therapy through animal-assisted activities. Some clients enjoy bringing a rabbit into their session, while others prefer art and crafts, games, walking and talking, or traditional talk therapy.

There is no one right way to do therapy. Depending on what feels comfortable and helpful for you, a session might look like collecting eggs, sitting in the sheep pen, working with chickens, creating something, taking a walk, or simply sitting together and talking.

My goal is to provide a space where you can feel safe, valued, and seen, while having the freedom to find the approach that works best for you.
